The Stevenson Roofing crew started this project by removing the old composition roof and preparing the roof deck for a re-roof. The underlayment we used was Certain Teed Diamond Deck. Diamond Deck is one of the best synthetic barriers on the market.
We removed the old built-in gutters. Next we installed new fascia board and new continuous metal gutters with leaf protection around the home. Finally we installed new, 30 year, George Town grey architectural shingles by CertainTeed. We used high profile ridge caps, installed new ridge vents and new flashing. The roof turned out beautiful and the owner couldn’t be happier.
