Stevenson Roofing recently re-roofed this Puyallup home in Landmark Hunter Green AR Laminate Shingles. These laminated fiberglass shingles were designed to have the dimensional appearance of natural wood or slate. They carry a lifetime limited warranty, a 110 mph wind resistance warranty, and a 10-year algae resistance warranty.
We installed 23 squares of new CertainTeed shingles over an older, existing 3-tab roof. We also installed 26 gauge valleys and CertainTeed ice and water shield in the low pitch areas to insure additional protection in high water areas. We trimmed the eaves and installed 2 inch gable metal to give a clean finished look.
The hunter green color complements the homes color and blends nicely with natural northwest surroundings. This local roofing project took just 2 days from start to finish.
